COVID-19: All the hotel & airline status extensions and changes

Obviously there are bigger fish to fry right now, but there’s no harm in looking forward to when this is all over and starting to get prepared.

It’s likely that there will be a slow pick-up of travel bookings at first. People will be reluctant to travel or will still be dealing with the consequences of all that is happening. This means that there will be a period where prices are still low, as travel companies try to bring in some business, and flights, hotels, and tourist hot-spots will be quiet.

Eventually there will be a surge in demand as life returns to normal.

You will be best placed to take advantage of the quiet phase and get in ahead of the resurgence if you have already worked out where you want to go and what you want to do and when.
