If you have tickets for Air Italy flights, here’s what you need to know.
Flights up to and including 25th February will operate as normal.
If your return flight departs before the 25th and returns after the 25th:
- The outbound flight will be as normal
- The return flight will be on another carrier – details provided from 18th February by telephone +39 078 952 682
- Or, you can request a refund via refunds@airitaly.com
Tickets after 25th February will be refunded if bought from Air Italy and you must request the refund via email to refunds@airitaly.com
If you bought from a travel agent, you contact the travel agent for a refund.
